Langkah Memasak Jelly roll candy

  1. Didihkan semua bahan kecuali gula untuk taburan, sampai mengental seperti gulali lalu angkat.
  2. Tuang dlm loyang tipis2 secara cepat(saya loyang 24 x 30) biarkan dingin dan set.
  3. Potong jadi 2 bagian saat adonan masih didlm lengser, taburi gula biarkan bagian ujungnya(biar lengket saat menggulung).
  4. Gulung dan tekan2 bagian ujungnya lalu potong2 angin2kan sebentar supaya kering dan tahan lama saat dalam toples.
