  1. Blender pisang,susu,gula,saring.
  2. Masak dgn api kecil hampir mendidih..
  3. Tambahkan larutan maizena+air masak hingga meletup².
  4. Tuang k wadah,biarkan suhu ruang,tutup dan simpan d frezeer..
  5. Setelah beku kerok,dan mixer dgn tambahan sp hingga mengembang..
  6. Setelah mengembang tambahkan pop ice....
  7. Tuang lagi k wadah,tutup dan simpan d frezeer....
  8. Dan siap disajikan.
  9. Ini jadi isian mochi.
  10. Ketagihan bikin es krim pisang... Kalo yg ini tambahin pop ice rasa durian. (10 july 2018).
