  1. Buang biji kurma, lalu tusuk kurma menggunakan garpu atau sumpit atau tusuk sate (harusnya sih pakai tusuk sate, tapi aku lagi tidak punya, jadinya aku pakai garpu dan sumpit)..
  2. Taruh gula di pan stainless (lebih bagus yang dasarnya tebal, agar gula tidak mudah gosong). Lelehkan gula sampai mencair menjadi karamel, namun ketika melelehkan gula HARUS sangat berhati-hati karena karamel sangat panas!!.
  3. Celupkan kurma ke dalam karamel, lalu taruh diatas baking paper dan biarkan mengeras..
