Oblok-oblok is made of bread and served with hot sweet coconut milk made by mixing the milk with eggs, brown sugar and white sugar. ' This is our way of marking that today we are no longer fasting.
Bahan Membuat Oblok-oblok
- It's 1/4 of kelapa muda,diparut.
- It's 1 potong of tahu,dipotong dadu.
- It's 1 potong of tempe,dipotong dadu.
- It's 1 ikat of kemangi,diambil daun nya.
- Prepare 1 plastik of lamtoro/petai cina.
- It's 4 siung of bawang putih.
- Prepare 5 siung of bawang merah.
- It's 10 biji of cabe(sesuai selera).
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of garam(sesuai selera).
- You need of Penyedap rasa(bisa di skip).
- Prepare 3 gelas of air (sesuai selera).
Langkah Memasak Oblok-oblok
- Parut kelapa muda,lebih sedap diparut pakai tangan(kalau menurut saya) daripada beli yang sudah diparut.Uleg kasar bawang merah,bawang putih,cabe dan garam,beri sedikit air,masukkan dalam wadah bersama parutan kelapa,tahu,tempe,kemangi,lamtoro,aduk rata.
- Pindahkan ke panci atau wajan,beri 2 gelas air,masukkan penyedap rasa,masak dengan api kecil sampai matang.
- Oblok-oblok siap untuk dihidangkan.
