- Tuangkan air minerel kurleb 200 ml (smpai semua bahan terendam) - colokkan slow cooker tunggu kurleb 5 jam - setelah matang dilumatkan dgn saringan kawat, kerok bagian bawah - bawang merah + bawang putih diambil setelah matang (tdk ikut disaring).
- Atur kekentalan dgn air matang / Kaldu (kalo uda dirasa cukup teksturnya utk si baby ga usa ditambah air lagi) - bagi dua porsi ke dalam food container utk pgi dan sore - utk makan sore disimpn di dlm wadah kedap udara.
