Bahan Membuat Gimbap

  1. Prepare of Nasi secukupnya (nasi pulen agar mudah menggulungnya).
  2. You need of Lebaran Kim/Nori.
  3. Prepare secukupnya of Minyak wijen.
  4. It's Biji of wijen sangrai secukupnya.
  5. It's secukupnya of Garam.
  6. Prepare of Wortel.
  7. Prepare of Telur.
  8. Prepare of Timun.
  9. You need of Bayam Korea (horenzo)/ bayam lokal.
  10. It's of Daging bulgogi.
  11. You need of Acar lobak kuning/yellow radish.
  12. Prepare of Bamboo mat/alat penggulung sushi.

Langkah Memasak Gimbap

  1. Siapkan bahan-bahannya. Wortel (iris korek api) lalu tumis sebentar dg olive oil Dan sedikit garam. Masak sampai sedikit layu. Angkat dan sisihkan. Telur didadar dg sedikit garam, lalu iris memanjang. Sisihkan. Bayam Korea, rebus sebentar, angkat Dan beri dg sedikit cincangan bawang putih, garam Dan sedikit minyak wijen. Sisihkan..
  2. Bulgogi Bahan yang dibutuhkan : 350 gram Daging Sapi Sirloin, iris tipis Bumbu-bumbu Marinade: 2 sendok makan Kecap Asin 2 sendok makan Kecap Manis 3 sendok makan Air 2 sendok makan Gula Pasir 1 sendok makan Madu ½ sendok makan Minyak Wijen 1 sendok makan Wijen Sangrai 1 batang Daun Bawang, rajang halus 3 siung Bawang Putih, cincang halus 1 sendok teh Lada Hitam ½ sendok teh Kaldu Bubuk.
  3. Cara Membuat: ✓ Dalam wadah, Campur nasi dg sedikit garam, minyak wijen dan biji wijen.Test rasa ✓ Lalu Layer campuran nasi diatas lembaran nori. Lalu susun semua bahan isiaan diatas layer nasi. Mengisi nya jgn full ya. Lalu gulung perlahan bamboo mat. Hati hati menggulungnya ya..
  4. Hasil Dari menggulung gimbap....
  5. Potong2 gimbap dg pisau Yang sudah diolesi minyak wijen.
  6. Sajikan dg irisan kimchi Dan kecap Asin.

It's a popular picnic and party food. Gimbap is a Korean dish - gim refers to dried laver seaweed while bap means rice. So basically it's rice rolled in seaweed. This is a scheduled post as I'm currently away on holiday in Eastern Europe! Gimbap is one of my ultimate favourite airport snacks as it's delicious, filling and can be packed easily.
