Bahan Membuat Chunky Apple preserved jam/Selai Apel homemade
- It's 300 gr of apel parut.
- You need 100 gr of apel pot kotak/ sesuai selera.
- You need 100 gr of gula pasir.
- It's 1 pcs of lemon ambil airnya ama kulitny serut.
- Prepare 1 sdm of butter(boleh skip).
- You need 1/2 sdt of kayu manis bubuk/2 cm kayu manis.

- Campur parutan apel,chunky apel dalam satu wadah anti lengket,gunakan api kecil untuk memasak apelnya sampai apel masak dan menyusut airnya.
- Tambahkan gula pasir dan kayu manis bubuk,aduk rata lalu biarkan gula mencair dgn sendirinya..
- Aduk-aduk lalu masukan air lemon dan serutan kulit lemon..biarkan benar"masak dan matang,koreksi rasa dan tadaa...dinginkan lalu simpan..bisa buat isian pie ala" mcD juga lho..😍😍.
